Lock-down Inspiration

Bruce (the one poking his head around the corner) is loving this pairing of our Waipara Sauvignon Blanc 19 with a beautiful home cooked yellow chicken curry. Our Sauvignon Blanc was allowed to go through secondary fermentation and maturation within a ceramic egg. It’s softer, smoother mouthfeel and mellowed acids compliment this mild, savoury-sweet yellow curry. You can still order our wine online!
